■ Our Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made after 2 (two) days before checkin incur 100% of the rate of the room. Same-day cancellations are 100% the rate of the room.  If you cannot check in by 10PM, your reservation will be marked as no-show, which inurs the cancellation fee. 

■ Facilities
Air conditioning, refrigerator, shared kitchen, laundry/dryer (400yen/use), shared bath rooms, shared shower with shampoo, conditioner and body soap, hangers/drying pole to hang your clothes, free wifi, free drinks in the fridge (tea, coffee, etc.),

■ Sell or Rent
Sell ・・・・ Face towels with original logo (350 yen), Toothbrushes, Razors, Earplugs (100 yen)
Rent ・・・Bath towels(200 yen)

■ A Few Things For Guests To Know
Miharashi-tei is a registered cultural property. Your cooperation with its preservation and maintenance is much appreciated.

The shikkui-plastered walls are easily damaged. Please avoid leaning against them or striking them.
Many original materials nearly 100 years in age are still in use here. So, please:
” Do not jump or run on the stairs or in the hallways.
” Be gentle with fittings such as shoji sliding doors.
” Please carry bags with wheels with your hands to avoid damaging hallways and tatami mattress.
” The toko-no-ma is a space for appreciating art pieces, not a storage place for your bags/suitcases.
In case of damage, please notify us. Depending on the damage, we may ask you to pay for repairs.

Check in 3PM-10PM, Checkout 10AM
*NO check in after 1oPM as many of our guests are likely to have gone bed by then.
*luggage storage is available but only on the day of check-in and the day after.

・There is no curfew, but please be courteous to other guests and neighbors during late hours.
・Eating or Drinking is not allowed in the room. Please use the kitchen or shared cafe space.
・We are sorry, but no children under 6 years old are allowed.
・There is a communal shower open 24 hours.
・if you want a long soak in a larger tub, there are a few retro public bathes we recommend in Onomichi. Maps of how to get there are at the guesthouse.
